RMG

Are you highly organised, customer-focused and confident managing detailed enquiries within a busy working environment?

Residential Management Group (RMG) is looking for a Property Sales Administrator to join our Solicitors Enquiries Department in Northwich.

This is a varied and important role where you'll support customers, solicitors and internal teams throughout property sales and purchases. You'll manage a wide range of legal pre-sale and post-sale enquiries, carefully review documentation and help ensure each transaction progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

You don't necessarily need previous property or conveyancing experience. If you have a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of customer enquiries, we'd love to hear from you.

Where will I be working?

Full time at our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN) -  37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

More about your role

As a Property Sales Administrator, you'll be a central point of contact for customers, solicitors and colleagues throughout the property transaction process.

You'll take ownership of incoming pre-sale and post-sale enquiries, making sure information and documentation are accurate, complete and provided within agreed service levels. You'll communicate through email, telephone and digital channels, building positive working relationships and providing a consistently professional and customer-focused service.

You'll also review leasehold and consent documentation, obtain supporting information from internal teams and external sources, and manage multiple cases at different stages of the transaction process. Accuracy and attention to detail will be essential, as the information you provide will help customers and solicitors progress property sales and purchases successfully.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and resolving incoming pre-sale and post-sale enquiries within agreed timescales
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, solicitors and internal teams throughout property sales and purchases
  • Producing accurate pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease requirements and service standards
  • Reviewing consent requests and supporting documentation to ensure they meet lease terms, legal requirements and RMG policies
  • Checking that documentation is complete and accurate, and obtaining supporting information from Land Registry or internal business areas where required
  • Communicating clearly and professionally through email, telephone and digital channels
  • Managing your workload against agreed service levels and performance targets while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

More about you

You'll be a highly organised and dependable individual who enjoys taking ownership of their work and delivering an excellent service.

You'll be comfortable managing several enquiries at the same time, carefully reviewing detailed information and adapting your priorities when needed. You'll also be confident communicating with a range of people and working collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business.

Essential Criteria -

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or support role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
  • The ability to work independently, make informed decisions and contribute positively as part of a team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel, together with GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications

It would be beneficial, but is not essential, if you also have:

  • Knowledge of property sales, leasehold processes or related legal frameworks
  • Previous experience within conveyancing, property or real estate
  • An understanding of lease documentation and consent processes
  • Experience using property management or CRM systems such as Qube, Salesforce or a similar platform

What does RMG have to offer you?

You'll not only be joining a thriving market leader where you'll benefit from working alongside some of the best people in the industry, you'll also receive a superb package of company benefits, including:

  • Healthcare cashback plan, allowing you to reclaim towards costs such as optical treatment, dental care, physiotherapy and GP charges
