More about your role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and submitting planning applications to secure planning consents for our region's pipeline of development sites. Additionally, you will maintain and implement up-to-date and user-friendly planning guidelines and associated documentation to ensure compliance with planning legislation and policies.

As Planning Manager your will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage planning applications from preparation to successful approval. Provide guidance on existing permissions, assist in meeting conditions and obligations, stay updated on planning regulations, liaise with relevant authorities, challenge and modify conditions when necessary, support construction activities, and ensure adherence to planning policies for high-quality developments aligned with financial goals

We're seeking individuals with experience in similar roles within the Housebuilder market to join our dynamic team.

If you have a proven track record in residential development and navigating complex planning applications, we want to hear from you. Knowledge of planning policy is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with Local Authorities on design discussions.

Experience working on large-scale projects will set you apart, while your negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be invaluable.
