Placemaking & Regeneration

As the UK's leading social enterprise, we take a commercial approach to Community building. Through our end-to-end Developments business, we seek to maximise value in all its forms and for all stakeholders, while creating and supporting Communities that deliver optimum social, economical and environmentally balanced outcomes.

We have a long-term commitment to designing and constructing quality homes in sustainable, inclusive, and thriving Communities equipped with comprehensive social and commercial amenities and infrastructure. We operate across England and Scotland, through four regional businesses, a specialised Placemaking and Regeneration team and a newly formed Strategic Land division.

This allows us to combine the strengths of a national developer with local knowledge and focus.

More about your role

East Wick and Sweetwater are two new districts being developed in East London, arguably the most exciting new neighbourhoods in the making, shaped by the creative spirit of Hackney Wick and on the constantly evolving Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.  . In partnership with Balfour Beatty Investments, we are building over 1,800 new homes along with new retail, commercial and community facilities. This is no run-of-the-mill new development – this is a new community being brought to life, and we want you to be a key part of it!

Through your commitment to putting customer experience first, you will secure buyers and tenants for our mixed tenure development.  We hope that you'll find our approach to marketing and sales refreshing; we're just as interested in assessing a customer's feedback on their experience with you than we are simply about how many sales you've achieved.  We really are a workplace like no other: we're proud of our vibrant and modern marketing suite and our people-focused culture.  We are creating more than bricks and mortar; we're creating a community, a place that people are proud to call their home, so don't be surprised if we ask you to attend a local talk or an ‘open mic' night or possibly a spot of yoga. When visitors come to our fresh and modern ‘marketing suite', they'll notice that we have a ‘relaxed' dress code that reflects our people-focused culture.

More about you

It is essential that you have experience selling New Homes; we need someone that has the knowledge and passion we require to market this exciting development.  You will also possess excellent administration skills and have the ability to keep all paperwork up to date.  It is a pre-requisite that you have excellent communication skills and that you can influence in a positive manner.  Ultimately you will understand what good customer service looks like and will have a real interest in making a difference to people's lives through the work that you do.

Personality is everything for us; we are passionate about creating a place where people can live and grow. Therefore, we expect you to share our energy and be part of this positive and energetic team.

Due to the nature of the role, it is imperative that you understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality.
