More about your role

As a mobile Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality remedial works for home purchasers at our sites in our Scotland region. You will attend scheduled appointments to review customer concerns and complete work to satisfy any issues they may have.

Maintenance work that you will complete will be varied and may include, basic carpentry and plumbing, plastering, brickwork, paving, decorating and some roofing. You will be carrying out “general making good” work to a high standard to meet our customers' expectations and enhance our reputation.

More about you

You will have previous experience in a maintenance role with the key emphasis that you can offer a multi trade skill set, including dry-lining, decoration, tiling and carpentry. We are looking for someone who is organised and methodical, who would benefit from knowing their workload ahead of time but also someone with the ability to adapt to accommodate rapidly changing circumstances. Ideally you will have experience of lone working and travelling to different sites and be comfortable with this, a company van will be provided.

You will be able to demonstrate, at interview, excellent knowledge of best practice health and safety in the workplace, a positive approach and commitment to delivering positive and friendly customer service whilst you work.
