More about your role

As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our Field Services Management System (FSMS). Your responsibilities will encompass configuring, administering, and continually improving the FSMS to align with the requirements of our field services team and the entire organization. This position necessitates a deep understanding of service management, technical proficiency, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our field services operations by optimising the technology that supports them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the FSMS to meet evolving needs, focusing on field utilisation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Customise modules, workflows, and forms to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Continuously assess the FSMS to identify performance enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement changes that boost productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Integrate the FSMS with other systems to streamline data flow and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate reports on system performance.
  • Drive consistency across teams and promote a customer-centred approach.
  • Embed our "People First" promise and uphold business values.

More about you

We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in working with dynamic scheduling systems, adept at boosting productivity for frontline resources and engineers. Your experience should include configuring new systems, with a focus on optimising technology to meet operational needs. Ideally, you'll have familiarity with Salesforce Click and other relevant technologies.

As a technical expert, you'll excel in configuring and fine-tuning systems to enhance efficiency. However, you'll also play a crucial role in liaising with stakeholders and the broader technical team. Your ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable language will be essential in rallying support for our organisational vision.

In summary, we're looking for someone who is not only technically competent but also possesses strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with various stakeholders.
