More about your role

We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating Derwent FM's hard services activities in addition to managing sub - contractors. You will be required to plan and organise the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Programme, reactive and any other ad hoc maintenance work required on site.

Operating at a strategic level and leading the maintenance team, you will liaise with the wider team and our client to ensure the buildings maintained to an excellent standard where customers have a first-class service.
