More about your role 

 As our Group Partner Integration Manager you will be responsible for delivering and shaping the Group's strategy for the onboarding and integration of Housing Association mergers, as well as Group-level Partnerships and Contract Management. You will prepare for and manage the operational and technical onboarding of merging Housing Associations, and ensuring smooth integration over the long-term.  

To ensure success, you will be engaging with key stakeholders across PfP and ensuring the partners are engaged, consulted and contributing to onboarding, demonstrating across-matrix collaboration and buy-in to make the mergers a success for our Customers, Communities and our business

More about you 

 You will have prior experience of managing complex, cross-functional, senior stakeholders and operational contracts and delivery within a matrix organisation. You will have direct experience of managing and improving complex processes and partnerships throughout the entire lifecycle, ideally with in-depth knowledge and experience of the end-to-end Affordable Housing process, systems and Customer journey. 

 You will also have experience working in a regulated environment but most importantly you will have the proven ability to collaborate and operate with gravitas up to Executive-level, leading by example to influence and deliver target outcomes, doing whatever it takes.
