More about your role

Due to client demand, we are looking to hire a Portfolio Management Associate on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in providing operational leadership for the team. You will assist with budgeting and Capex work for clients. In addition, you will ensure that any data presented to clients is accurate and that all SLA's and KPI's are being met. 

More about you

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of the PRS Sector and have managed a large portfolio of properties. The ability to lead and liaise with stakeholders at different levels is also essential. 

You will work closely with various other teams in Touchstone such as compliance, Reporting and Accounts to ensure that SLAs are met and understood.
