We're committed to creating more affordable housing, improving asset quality, enhancing services, and making a positive impact in our communities. Our priority programme, Effortless Repairs (ER), aims to deliver seamless experiences for our customers and colleagues

As the Project Manager for the Effortless Repairs Programme, you will take charge of guiding ER projects to success, ensuring they align closely with our business objectives. You'll excel in communicating seamlessly with teams and stakeholders at every stage of the project lifecycle, effectively managing meetings and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Your role will also involve championing process improvement initiatives to elevate department-wide performance. Meeting project management KPIs and fostering a culture of delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement will be at the core of your responsibilities. Through proactive collaboration with the team, you'll promote shared responsibility and drive excellence, all while maintaining a keen eye on cost-consciousness and efficiency in resource management.

More About you

The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated experience in successfully leading end-to-end project lifecycles, showcasing proficiency in strong project management, budgeting, and schedule planning skills. Additionally, critical thinking and analytical abilities are essential attributes for navigating complex challenges effectively. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands with ease, is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft products is also required to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project tasks.
