Experience matters, but it's only part of the story. If you share our values and want to build a career where your work has real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
More about your role
As our Change Delivery Manager, you'll lead change, continuous improvement and innovation across Repairs Operations. A key focus will be identifying opportunities to improve services through changes to process, ways of working, automation, digital capability and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
You'll work with Customers, Colleagues and operational teams to understand business challenges, establish current performance, identify root causes and develop practical improvements with clear, measurable benefits. You'll challenge existing ways of working and help prioritise opportunities based on their potential impact, feasibility and operational need.
You'll lead workshops and work alongside operational teams, Business Analysts and technical specialists to develop evidence-based problem statements, Change Charters and clearly defined use cases. For AI, automation and digital opportunities, you'll help define the business problem, operational requirements and expected benefits, ready for Repair Squad and IT to take forward into technical delivery.
You'll monitor whether changes deliver their intended benefits and use evidence and feedback to recommend adjustments where outcomes fall short of expectations.
This is a 12-month opportunity. You'll work on a hybrid basis, attending our Preston office two days a week, normally Monday and Tuesday.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of successfully delivering change or continuous improvement within a complex organisation.
- Experience of leading workshops to define business problems, opportunities, scope and measurable outcomes.
- Evidence of managing and influencing a range of stakeholders, including operational teams and senior leaders, and constructively challenging existing ways of working.
- Experience of analysing performance information, identifying barriers or risks and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience of developing and embedding change or improvement plans, with a focus on adoption and benefits realisation.
- Experience of shaping or supporting the adoption of improvements involving technology, automation or artificial intelligence, with a clear understanding of the business problem and intended benefits.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge or practical application of recognised change or continuous improvement methods, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience within Repairs Operations or Social Housing environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and how it supports operational processes.
- Awareness of Salesforce Agentforce or comparable enterprise AI platforms, and their potential business applications.
- Experience of identifying and shaping digital, automation or AI use cases, working with Business Analysts and technical teams to define business requirements and intended benefits.
More about you
You're an experienced change or continuous improvement professional who can turn complex business challenges into practical, outcome-focused plans. You can build trusted relationships while constructively challenging existing ways of working, and you're comfortable adapting your approach as information and priorities change.
You're curious about how AI, automation and digital tools can improve services, and you can distinguish a promising idea from an opportunity with clear operational value. You're confident working with technical specialists and operational teams to explore what is possible and what will work in practice.
You bring ownership and sound judgement, balancing innovation with operational readiness and the support Colleagues need to adopt change successfully. You stay focused on measurable results, following improvements through to understand whether they have made the intended difference.
