You will help create and maintain safety case reports and building safety arrangements, carry out regular risk assessments, monitor safety records and compliance documents, and respond to safety incidents in line with statutory requirements. You will also work closely with residents, contractors, maintenance teams, building owners, the Building Safety Regulator and other stakeholders to support safe, compliant buildings where resident voices are heard.
Essential criteria

- Experience working with residents, contractors, internal teams or external stakeholders to support building safety outcomes.
- Relevant professional qualification, or working towards one, such as CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management, NEBOSH Fire Safety, IOSH or equivalent.
More about you
You will bring practical experience from building safety, fire safety, facilities management or a similar area, along with an understanding of the responsibilities linked to Higher-Risk Buildings. You will be comfortable working with a wide range of people, including residents, contractors and regulatory stakeholders, and you will be able to keep accurate records, monitor compliance information and take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety risks. You will also be confident supporting resident engagement, helping people understand safety measures, evacuation procedures and how they can contribute to keeping their building safe.
