More about your role
As a Disrepair Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the administration of housing disrepair and Environmental Protection Act (EPA) claims, helping to protect the business while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and court timescales. You'll manage a varied caseload, prioritising high-risk and time-sensitive claims, carrying out initial claim reviews and coordinating responses across internal teams and external partners.
You'll work closely with solicitors, surveyors, contractors and operational colleagues to gather information, resolve queries and support the effective progression of claims. You'll also maintain accurate case records, administer the disrepair inbox, monitor departmental KPIs and support the financial administration of claims through payment processing, invoice management and expenditure tracking. You'll use systems including SharePoint, Northgate and Impact to manage information and produce reports.
