You'll oversee health and safety compliance, support building maintenance and work closely with contractors and care providers to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for customers.
You'll also represent Living Plus with key external stakeholders, help promote the service locally, support occupancy targets and contribute ideas that enhance service delivery and strengthen our customer offer.

A solution-focused approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in customers' lives will help you succeed in this role.
Previous experience within housing, retirement living, supported living, social care or a similar customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
