What you'll do

use your professional experience to teach, inspire and develop others, helping learners build the knowledge, skills, behaviours and confidence to make a real difference in their roles and careers.
You'll deliver engaging online workshops alongside personalised one-to-one tutoring, coaching and assessment, bringing learning to life through real-world examples, discussion and practical application. You'll create an inclusive learning environment where people feel confident to contribute, challenge their thinking and put new skills into practice.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive online workshops that inspire learning and participation.
- Provide personalised one-to-one teaching, tutoring and coaching.
- Bring your occupational expertise into learning through real-world examples and practical application.
- Adapt your teaching to different starting points, learning needs and levels of experience.
- Build trusted relationships with learners, line managers and workplace mentors.
- Inspire learners to stay motivated, engaged and focused on their goals.
- Identify barriers early and find positive ways to help learners move forward.
- Balance nurture and encouragement with appropriate challenge and high expectations.
- Provide meaningful feedback that builds confidence and supports improvement.
- Assess learner work fairly, consistently and to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant learner records.
- Take ownership of learner progress, engagement, quality and compliance.
- Work in line with apprenticeship, awarding organisation, safeguarding and PfP Thrive requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, standardisation and continuous improvement, helping us continually raise the bar for our learners.

Essential Criteria
- Strong training and facilitation skills, with the confidence to bring content to life for different audiences.
- Experience of planning and delivering engaging online workshops and training sessions
- Relevant occupational qualification and/or demonstrable occupational competence in your specialist area.
- Current or recent industry experience relevant to the programmes they will support.
- Willingness to work towards relevant teaching and assessment qualifications if not already held
