More about your role

Your primary role as the Tenancy Enforcement Manager will be ensuring customers abide by the terms of their tenancy agreements, identify any tenancy breaches and to support and assist the Place Team.

Your role will include conducting and preparing legal paperwork for the organisation by gathering appropriate evidence, issuing of court applications and legal advocacy which you will receive full guidance and training on.

You may be given the opportunity to take responsibility for the enforcement of tenancy conditions and challenge community safety issues which may arise including the investigation of anti-social behaviour complaints. This ensures that the company's assets are maintained, and our neighbourhoods continue to be a safe and pleasant place to live.
