More about your role

No two days will be the same in this busy and demanding role. You will be the first point of contact for all of our residents to make sure everything is running smoothly. Offering a high quality neighbourly service to all residents on leasehold schemes appropriate to their individual and collective needs. This will include visiting each resident and dealing with any queries. Social interaction and wellbeing is a key part of your organising social events and outings. Your role must ensure income is maximised and the scheme maintains the highest possible standards of cleanliness and appearance.

The working pattern can be discussed at interview there is flexibility based on the residents' needs, the role is part time working 18 hours a week.

More about you                                   

Strong organisation, administration and time management skills are essential. Ideally you will have experience dealing with an elderly client group and an understanding or experience in the care sector would be an advantage. As you will be working closely with our customers and service providers it is essential that you are able to create and maintain effective working relationships. We are looking for someone who can use their initiative and is eager to contribute towards making positive changes. You will have worked in customer-based roles where you have dealt with a variety of people with proven skills adapting your communication based on the needs of the person.
