So, what are you waiting for? Join a community that cares about you!

More about your role

You will be a key part of an exciting 3 year National Lottery partnership project in North Huntingdon, helping people to access the project and supporting their journey through different strands of the work and beyond. You'll be responsible for keeping an eye on their progress and working with them to understand what might be helpful next steps for them in a supportive and people-centred way

You will be someone with experience of providing support and/or advice and information to people experiencing disadvantage and able to develop trust and good working relationships with them. You'll be someone who can work well with partner organisations and ensure that we capture the impact of the project effectively and reporting deadlines.

We'd ideally like someone who is fluent in Polish and other Eastern European languages would be helpful. However, we will be looking for the most suitable candidate overall so we encourage all applications and we also actively encourage job share requests for this post.
