More about your role

We aim to assist Places Leisure in delivering outstanding service to both customers and colleagues. This involves supplying and supporting cutting-edge technology to enable our centers to promote Active Places and Healthy People.

As a First Line Technology Support Agent, your role entails offering technical assistance to our staff, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, and addressing any software or hardware issues they may face.

This full-time position requires managing incoming requests and offering remote and on-site IT assistance from the Central Support Office as needed.

More about you

As our ideal candidate should bring previous experience in a comparable role, demonstrating proficiency with Leisure Management Systems or CRM systems. A proactive attitude is essential, exemplified through enthusiasm for change and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will have a understanding of Leisure Operations is crucial, coupled with analytical and inquisitive traits, showcasing a keen attention to detail and the ability to comprehend the broader context.

Additionally, interpersonal skills are necessary for providing support and guidance to colleagues, adapting communication styles for different audiences. Effective time management and prioritisation skills are imperative, along with a proactive and pragmatic approach to challenges, demonstrating a willingness to take responsibility and seek solutions.
