More about your role

Deputise and assist the COSTA Store Manager across all catering operation to include the COSTA Store, bars,  events and vending where applicable. Ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the catering department. To maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation including commercial objectives and legislative compliance activities. To train and coach all Barista Maestros.

 

More about you

Proven People Management Skills involving  Planning, Organisation, Coaching, Communication, Delegation and Motivation, A holder of or the ability to apply without restriction, required licences to fulfill the role e.g. Driving, Premises Licence (Alcohol), Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness. One years experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
