More about your role

As a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team, helping to deliver high-quality cleaning services while providing guidance, support and supervision to ensure standards are consistently met.

You'll be responsible for quality inspections, health and safety compliance, team training and performance management, while supporting the planning and delivery of both routine cleaning programmes and large-scale summer deep cleans. You'll also help manage cleaning supplies and stock levels, ensuring materials are used safely and effectively in line with COSHH requirements. Through your leadership, you'll help deliver an excellent student experience across four modern college communities.
