More about your role

The first point of contact for customer enquiries and providing appropriate advice and information. The role will require communicating effectively with customers whether via the telephone or email & responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting the Maintenance Manager.

You will also be required to lead and develop a small cleaning team, responsible for their output while working closely with the Cleaning Manager and be willing to contribute to the workings of the wider FM team on site.

More about you

Derwent FM are looking for a driven, ambitious and organised candidate to drive improvements and standards in the current cleaning team. An energetic individual capable of working on their own and also within a team is essential to fulfil this role

You will have previous line management experience and significant experience in a similar cleaning role. Good knowledge of Health & Safety issues is essential as is a knowledge and understanding of COSHH and how to carry out a risk assessment. Due to the nature of this role it is also require that you will be computer literate.
