We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Utilities Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all managed utility meters remain in contract, provider accounts are reconciled, and payments are made on time to avoid disconnections. 

More about your role 
You'll manage debt with key utility providers, resolve supplier disputes, and ensure correct VAT rates are applied. You'll also respond to internal queries regarding meter readings, handle Salesforce cases, and support with onboarding new sites for monitoring. Accuracy, communication, and time management are key in this fast-paced role.

You'll have experience reconciling supplier accounts and a keen eye for detail. You're confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and can deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience handling supplier queries and disputes is essential.
