Please note: The weekly working pattern for this role is  Monday to Friday 9-5.

More about your role 

In this role, you'll support customers with complex needs to sustain their tenancy and remain as independent as possible. You'll respond to referrals, address tenancy concerns, signpost customers to the right agencies and provide a mobile housing management service by visiting homes to ensure they are safe, secure and suitable. 

Working as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team, you'll manage your own caseload, carrying out assessments, signups and tenancy reviews, while responding to issues such as ASB and tenancy breaches. You'll work closely with external partners through multiagency meetings, keep accurate records and support plans up to date, report safeguarding and property concerns, and contribute to key service targets including arrears, voids and relet times. 

 

More about you 

It is essential that you meet the following criteria to be eligible for an interview  

  • Social Housing experience within a customer facing role 
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car  

You'll have experience working in supported or social housing and will be confident supporting customers with complex needs while helping them understand and manage their tenancy responsibilities. You'll be knowledgeable about tenancy management, safeguarding, and the regulatory requirements that underpin good housing practice, and you'll be comfortable working independently across multiple schemes.
