Thriving Investments is an ambitious, socially-conscious fund manager with a distinct purpose – to turn capital wins into community gains.  Powered by Places for People Group, Thriving Investments was established in 2017 to bring institutional capital to help tackle the housing crisis.  It currently has four fund strategies – open-market rental; discount-to-market rental, affordable housing and urban regeneration with £0.75bn+ committed to date from a variety of institutional investors. The approach is to not only grow the existing investment strategies but also to add further funds underpinned by strong responsible investment in residential sectors.  As part of a not-for-dividend group, any profit made is re-invested back into the wider business, providing investors even more opportunities to support social change.

Thriving Investments has a current team of 17 people based across the UK with its main office in central London.  It is supported by a board of non-executive directors from across the residential, sustainability and investment management sectors with access to support from other functions such as IT, Finance, HR and Facilities from its parent, Places for People.
