We are excited to be recruiting for a Splash Pad Recreational Assistant over the summer season alongside our Blackwater Leisure Centre in Maldon.

More about your role

As the Splash Pad  Assistant, it will be your responsibility to monitor the splash pad and the users. You will carry out cleaning duties and ensure the safety of users on the splash pad by completing patrols of the area. You will make sure any equipment is stored in a safe and secure way when not being used. You will work and report to the Duty Manager at the Leisure Centre and report any matters of concern and carry out patrols.

More about you

The successful applicant will have a friendly, approachable manner and deliver excellent customer service to our customers. You will assist with first aid when required so ideally have some experience. A First Aid at Work qualification is desirable but we can qualify the successful candidate if this is required. Experience carrying out some cleaning duties and maintaining equipment would also be beneficial.
