More about your role

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering technology solutions that support digital transformation across the business. You'll lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned to business requirements. Working closely with engineers, product teams and stakeholders, you'll turn complex requirements into effective solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation, leading testing activities, supporting successful project delivery and providing expert technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities. You'll also contribute to service excellence by supporting complex incidents, mentoring colleagues and embedding security-by-design principles into every solution you deliver.

We are looking to conduct online interviews on Monday 14th September.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience developing and enhancing solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and exposure to Data Cloud.
  • Strong Salesforce development expertise with a focus on new feature delivery, enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web service callouts.
  • Experience working both independently and within Agile/project delivery teams, adapting to different delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce release management, governance and change control processes.

Desirable Criteria

  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience working within complex multi-business or multi-org Salesforce environments.
  • Knowledge of middleware integrations and API-led architectures.
  • Experience working alongside external implementation partners on large-scale transformation projects.

More about you

You'll have strong Salesforce engineering experience and enjoy designing innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will be confident leading technical delivery, producing high-quality design documentation and working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Ideally, you'll have experience delivering Salesforce solutions within a large and complex

organisation and hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer or App Builder. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes would be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about continuous improvement, enjoy sharing knowledge with others and take a proactive approach to delivering secure, high-quality solutions.
