The Digitisation Team is a key part of the IT function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the Group.

More about your role 

Reporting to the Salesforce Engineering Manager, the purpose of the Senior Salesforce Engineer is to lead on the development of technology changes and solutions that deliver digitisation and digital transformation. Working as part of a team of engineers, designers and architects, you will be responsible for delivering a defined product roadmap and providing technology solutions that meet clear success criteria and outcomes.

As well as acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide 4th line support in resolving complex incidents and problems.

More about you

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the end-to-end development lifecycle process for the Salesforce platform. Service Cloud experience and valid Salesforce Qualifications are also desired. 

Skills/ Experience

  • 3-5 years experience within a similar role,
  • Service Cloud Experience
  • Possess valid/ current Salesforce qualifications.
