More about your role

Sitting within the Planning and Business Partnering team, as a Senior Marketing Executive and Business Partner to our Developments business, you will work with the Regional Teams to understand their area and use this information to support the wider team in building a marketing & communications plan along with the coordination of all site launch plans.   

Knowing which experts from to bring into projects and when, providing consultation, advice, and a regular flow of communication between all parties will form a key part of your role acting as the conduit between the Developments Sales teams and the marketing department. You will also support the Senior Marketing Manager with strategic projects that improve marketing performance and activate growth plans for our Developments business.

 

Please find the essential criteria listed below for this role.

  • Experience performing a Senior Marketing Executive role ideally in a Developments or commercially driven business
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • The ability to coordinate the end to end delivery of projects and processes in an effective and efficient manner
  • In addition, experience working in a Matrix organisation would be advantageous, as would experience using Monday.com or a similar project management tool.

 

You can work from home and/or our offices, and there will be some travel required to visit our Communities and sites.

More about you

To be successful in this role you will have experience of developing and delivering strategic and value adding communication and marketing plans. You will have excellent knowledge of marketing and communication trends and analytics within a Customer focused industry.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across a large matrix organisation are a must. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and make decisions under pressure and appropriately challenge conventional approaches. We are looking for someone who takes a proactive approach with a positive can-do attitude.
