More about your role 

You thrive on managing diaries and inboxes, seamlessly arranging meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring pre-read papers arrive on time. You excel at preparing dynamic agendas, capturing accurate minutes, and orchestrating flawless meeting logistics. Greeting visitors with a smile, you become a master of MS Teams, troubleshooting any issues, and organising unforgettable business events and team activities. You handle travel bookings and expenses like a pro, oversee smooth onboarding for new hires, and create compelling reports and presentations. Collaborating with EAs, you drive efficiency, manage deadlines, adhere to policies, and expertly handle finances. With significant EA/PA experience, you bring digital prowess, complete confidentiality, and a professional, approachable demeanour, representing your leaders with excellence. You will also be responsible for managing the office including working with the managing agent to ensure that all equipment, policies and procedures are adhered to, ensuring there is stationary and work space set up and available. 

This role is office based from our office in Holborn with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.


More About you 

As our new Senior Executive Assistant you will have significant EA/PA experience at the Director level in a dynamic, complex organisation, you excel in navigating IT software, apps, and all Microsoft Office packages with digital prowess. Your unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and integrity sets you apart, as you professionally and knowledgeably represent your senior leaders and the Places for People Group. You thrive under pressure, maintaining impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Resourceful and creative, you multitask effortlessly, build valuable networks, and continuously seek self-improvement. Your attention to detail is unmatched, expertly crafting and proofreading complex documents for an executive audience. Proactively immersing yourself in your leaders' work, you bring energy and excellence to every task, ensuring they are always supported at the highest level.  You will have excellent event management skills and experience in arrangement complex senior meetings, working in a regulated environment.  You will be experienced in managing and collating Board reports and ensuring tight deadlines are met.
