More about your role  

The Senior Customer Service Manager embodies our People First approach. This role is a key operational and semi-strategic role responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of exceptional service outcomes for customers. The postholder will work closely with the Head of Customer Service to drive and conclude remedial small works projects, whilst simultaneously supporting the delivery of outstanding operational customer service. This will be achieved through an excellent knowledge of the construction process and adaptable communication skills.

More about you   

You will have a strong background of achieving targets and leading a successful team offering a fantastic customer foccussed service. Experience and knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools is essential.
