More about your role
We are looking to recruit a Senior Client Accountant on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Accounting services provided to clients is of a high standard.
More about you
On a daily basis, you will manage your own client portfolio, being main point of contact for your Clients and providing their reporting to them in a timely manner. You will be setting up service charge budgets and tenant charges on Qube, preparing service charge reconciliations and on-boarding and off-boarding properties.
You will also support the accounts team in AP and AR processes, including overseeing direct debit collection process.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience within commercial property management
- Be confident working with Excel,
- Be familiar with RICS Service Charge Code
- Possess excellent communication skills.
Experience with Commercial Services Changes and Service Charge reconciliation as well as the onboarding and offboarding of properties is also required.
