More about your role
In this role you will be responsible for the project planning of major projects across the company; liaising with contractors and suppliers on a regular basis to negotiate the best work to be done in the best timescale. You will also produce surveys, detailed specifications and be involved with obtaining planning permission and building regulation approvals.
Although this role will be home based (due to Covid) there is an expectation that you will travel around the Cambridgeshire area and East Anglia to visit the different sites across our portfolio as required.

More about you
You will have a relevant degree or equivalent in a similar fields, have proven experience in a similar role liaising with contractors and suppliers preferably with site supervision experience. An understanding of recent Health and Safety regulations and building legislation is essential with memberships of professional bodies beneficial.
