We're Residential Management Group (RMG), and we're looking for a proactive and people-focused Scheme Support Officer to be the friendly face and go-to person at one of our residential developments. More about your role
As the key on-site contact for residents, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the development. Working closely with your team and the Property Manager, your responsibilities will include logging incidents and maintenance issues, supporting contractors, and promoting customer service standards. You'll carry out regular site inspections, support with light maintenance and cleanliness, and play a key role in health, safety, and fire prevention across communal areas. Security awareness and accurate record-keeping are also essential parts of this role.
More about you
You'll be approachable, presentable and always professional, with strong communication and organisational skills. You're confident working independently, proactive in spotting and reporting issues, and understand the importance of confidentiality and excellent customer service. You'll also need a good eye for detail, good IT/admin skills, and a safety-first mindset when dealing with contractors or site risks. A willingness to attend training (First Aid, H&S, Fire Warden) is essential.
