As part of Places for People Group, Derwent FM are experts in providing facilities management solutions for university campus buildings and student accommodation. Our service is focused on our partnership approach with our clients and the student experience.   

More about your role 

We are looking to recruit a Scheme Manager on a permanent basis. 
 
Based on site 5 days a week in Wakefield you will be responsible for developing a high performance team culture that is engaged and driven to deliver the targets and excellent customer service. In addition, you will ensure that resources are well managed and value for money is achieved in all areas of expenditure 

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm. Please note this role has a start date of Monday 8th December.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience.  

The successful candidatewill have:  

  • Experience leading / managing a team,
  • FM experience,
  • PPM Experience,
  • Good communication skills,
