More about your role 

We are looking for a Sales and Systems Leader to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this is a brand new role in the Business Development function. This is great opportunity to shape and develop a key role within DfM.  

You will play a key role within the Business Development team, actively engaging with prospective residents through calls, emails, and digital platforms to convert enquiries into viewings and bookings. Following  a structured sales process to ensure every lead is maximised and nurtured effectively. 

On a daily basis, you will manage all enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, email, web, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and log all enquiry details accurately in databases such as Salesforce and Kinetics for effective analysis and tracking. In addition, you will work closely with the marketing team developing campaigns and marketing material. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the booking system, adding new sites, setting pricing, running reports and serving as the main point of contact for anything system related. You will also be responsible for training new users and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

More about you 

The successful candidate will have a background with sales along with knowledge of the Living Sector ideally PBSA and also BTR. Sales and Letting experience is also desired along with a track record of working with internal systems/ CRMs. 
 
This is an agile role and travel across the UK and to the Head Office in Leeds will be required. 
 
The successful candidate will 

  • Sales and Letting experience,
  • Living Sector experience – PBSA and BTR,
  • A track record of working with internal systems/ CRMs,
  • An up to date knowledge of market trends,
  • Experience / knowledge of FM and Student Accommodation.
