More about your role  

Join us as our Sales &Marketing Executive, where you will coordinate impactful marketing activities in our regional development business.    

As our Sales &Marketing Executive you will lead on regional activity for new home developments, working alongside our central marketing department and regional Sales Team.   

You will develop and implement individual development marketing plans for each of our new homes sites and be the key link between our regional team and central marketing team to deliver our plan across preferred marketing channels and support us on our mission with the creation of engaging marketing material.

More about you  

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills which means that they are comfortable reaching out to our internal and external partners in person, through email, over the phone and on social media.   

We're looking for someone with a passion for property marketing and a strong understanding of the tools and strategies that drive success whilst pioneering  the creation and management of high-quality property marketing collateral, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and aligns with Places for People brand standards.  
 
You'll have experience leveraging digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns and property portals, to maximise exposure and generate quality leads. You'll understand how to optimise campaigns for the best results and stay up to date with trends in property marketing to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.  

You will be target-driven, competitive and a team player, with a drive for analysing sales rates and closely monitoring conversion rates.   

It is essential that you have worked within New Homes Sales/Property within a Salesmarketing role.
