More about your role
The Retirement Living Advisor will be responsible for proactively seeking leads and nurturing leads, encouraging viewings and securing reservations. You will be accountable for the performance and development of our new property sales/rental programme at the site.
Acting as an Ambassador for Brio, you will manage enquiries from sales leads to sales conversion and from completion.
Providing a high level of customer experience is a key part of this role, this will be from the first enquiry through to completion, providing a seamless process for the customer.
This role will be based on site 5 days a week and will be Tuesday to Saturdays.
More about you
You will play a key role in setting up KPIs for the business team in terms of contacting leads and managing viewings. Working closely with the wider team, you will also assist with community planning.
As well as ensuring that all leads are handled correctly, you will liaise with the Sales Manager and local Sales Teams to agree upon and implement a lead generation strategy,
We will expect you to deal with general admin enquiries, identifying areas of concern and escalating where necessary,

Experience & Skills
- Experience working in a sales role, ideally within property.
- A track record of customer service,
- Good IT Skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Stakeholder management/ engagement
