More about the team

Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially. We are looking to recruit a Resident Services Coordinator on a permanent basis. 

More about your role 

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including lettings, managing the customer journey and organising various events. 

On a daily basis, you will conduct the lettings of apartments, follow up on existing enquiries as well as converting leads to lets. You will be required to conduct regular research of the local market reviewing rents and the service of our competitors. 

In addition, you will provide a high level of customer service to residents and ensure that a concierge service is provided. 

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is required.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a customer service role. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel are advantageous. Communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement are essential.

Experience & Skills

  • Lettings and Sales Experience,
  • Experience within a Build to Rent setting,
  • A proven track record of Customer Service,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong stakeholder engagement.
