More about your role

As a Repairs Supervisor you will support and deliver an effective direct works service to our customers. You will be responsible to support operatives to follow safe working practices and be compliant with risk management and have knowledge/experience with trade-based activities.

You will manage a range of operatives to achieve high quality work in a safe, efficient, and effective manner aligned to our guiding standards. Operating with a multi skilled and diverse customer and staff base, you will contribute to the overall resource planning and supporting colleagues and our overall objective.

More about you

To be considered for this role, you will need technical knowledge of one or more trades or be able to demonstrate relevant experience. You will need to be confident working independently and confident on making decisions on your own.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, manage and organize the safe day to day activities of the workforce by communicating effectively working as part of a team.
