As the Sales & Marketing Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategy for our new home's developments in the South East. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. You will also be a key member of the Southeast Regional Board responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance and safety and regulatory standards and proactively engaging land evaluation. This role will require a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a strong background in new homes and experience of open market and shared ownership sales.

More About you

Essential Criteria 

  • Proven experience in a Head of Sales & Marketing or Director-level role within a housebuilder or housing association. 
  • Strong track record in open market, shared ownership, and shared equity sales. 

We are looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Director to define and drive the commercial strategy for our Southeast Developments business. This is a leadership role with significant influence, where you will shape regional sales and marketing plans, steer business forecasting, and embed a culture of safety and compliance. As a key member of the Regional Board, you will collaborate on strategic decisions that impact growth and profitability, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
