As one of our Regional Customer Group members, your role is key to our development and making sure that we get things right. You will be the voice of our customers, challenging us to ensure we make positive and meaningful change to improve the services we deliver and our customer experience.
We want to be the UK's leading social enterprise and we need your help to get there! Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we want customers engaged now, more than ever and what better way than being a part of the change? With direct access to our board, you'll be pivotal in making sure that our customer voice is heard and acted upon. You'll hold us accountable and scrutinise our performance and standards, and how we deliver our services.
As part of the development of our Customer Group and Customer Scrutiny, we are expanding the Regional Customer Group membership and developing Regional Customer Groups as part of our Customer Voice framework. As a Regional Customer Group Member, you are key in representing our Customers in our Customer Group meetings.

There is a modest fee paid for all Regional Customer Group members. We appreciate every customer's situation is different so we will discuss the rates and payment options individually during the application process.
More about you
We want customers to join us who can encourage a constructive debate, whilst still being respectful towards other customer views and experiences. You'll need effective communication skills for this role and the ability to build relationships with your peers to motivate and inspire the group to contribute and achieve outcomes.
