More about the role

This role is based in Manchester, working within the property management team. Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.  The Reception Concierge is responsible for delivery of outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet & greet service as well as supporting Back of House functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaising.

Our services to our clients and our customers will always be highly responsive and efficient and our overall aim is to achieve excellent financial and operational portfolio performance for them. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.

Each team member is willing to learn about other roles within the team and assist each other with workload. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and suggestions for improvement are welcomed.

More about you

A ‘can do' attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role will require high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning. It is important to be able to have a direct, calm and professional manner.

To be successful in your application you will have:

  • Experience of working within a property management team
  • Experience of working within a customer reactive environment
  • Experience of dealing with emotionally charged situations
  • Experience of MS Office, word and excel
  • Experience with customer facing concierge role
