More about your role: 

As a Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, dynamic, and thorough internal audit service. You'll conduct on-site Quality Audits within the Supported Housing sector, assessing business processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your audits will drive the necessary improvements, enhancing the quality of services for both our customers and staff. You'll also provide specialist advice on quality standards, ensuring policies and practices align with regulatory requirements to guarantee the safety and value for our customers. 

Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, contributing to the Group's strategic objectives. You will monitor service quality, ensuring that staff receive the support and training needed to maintain high standards and that customers consistently receive value for money. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Conducting comprehensive on-site Quality Audits 
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements 
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards 
  • Supporting and training staff to maintain quality performance 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals 
  • Monitoring, reporting, and continuously improving service quality 
  • Ensuring customers receive value for money and addressing feedback 

More about you: 

Due to the structure of this role, you will need to have strong experience in a similar position, be able to work independently, and have the confidence to advise on quality standards across supported housing. You must also be adept at leading quality audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 

Essential criteria: 

  • Audit and Compliance Expertise: Proven experience in conducting quality audits and compliance assessments within housing or related sectors. 
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations related to Supported Housing and Affordable Housing. 
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate business processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting findings and providing specialist advice. 
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in conducting audits, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with standards. 

Qualifications: 

  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification (or willingness to work towards it).
