More about your role  

We are looking to hire a Property Administrator on a short term contract. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support under management with the aim of providing an excellent level of customer service to tenants whilst complying with client budgets and mandates and operating with landlord/ tenant legislative framework.

More about you  

On a daily basis you will be responsible for assisting the letting process to minimise voids and maximise rents. As well as processing referencing paperwork for potential tenants and preparing tenancy agreements, you will provide administrative support to the client and portfolio.

Experience & Skills 

  • Proven experience of working in an Administration/ Customer Service role. 
  • Time management skills,
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Stakeholder engagement, 
  • Experience of working with MS packages such as MS Office, Teams.
