We're recruiting for a Porter to join our onsite team, working during the day to help ensure the development remains safe, wellpresented and welcoming for residents and visitors. 

This is a visible, servicefocused role where you'll support site security, carry out health and safety checks, assist residents when needed and work closely with the House Manager, cleaning teams and wider operations colleagues to ensure smooth daytoday running of the site.

Where will I be working? 

St Leonards Terrace , Sloane Square, London SW3 4QQ 

Rota 

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm ( 4 hours per day )  

What you'll be doing 

  • Supporting daytoday site security and monitoring access as required 
  • Assisting with health and safety compliance checks across the development 
  • Being a visible presence on site and assisting residents and visitors when needed 
  • Supporting the onsite cleaning team with additional tasks as directed 
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate information sharing 
  • Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures 
  • Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience across the development 

 

What we're looking for 

Essential 

  • Experience working in a serviceled environment 
  • Experience in a role involving site security or building monitoring 
  • Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain) 

Desirable 

  • Experience working in a customerfacing, onsite role 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders 
  • Clear and confident communication skills 
  • Basic working knowledge of IT systems
