More about your role
This is a 6 month FTC
You will be supporting the National planned Manager in the delivery of Major Works Programmes and other Planned Works via direct effective and efficient supervision of directly employed tradespeople and external subcontractors.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as establishing, monitoring and managing KPIs. As Planned Supervisor you will ensure project health and safety obligations are satisfied, undertaking risk assessments and developing method statements where required.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners such as Local Authorities, Building Control and Planning Departments, ensuring the transfer of information to external partners and our Asset management teams.

More about you
To be successful in this role you will have detailed technical knowledge evidenced by a suitable formal trade background and qualification. You will have strong commercial awareness and experience of delivering large ‘Decent Homes' types works in the housing sector.
You will have experience successfully managing large projects spread over a large geographical area and will experience of managing tradespeople and subcontractors to deliver these works is essential.
It is essential that you have Knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations ensuring project health & safety obligations are satisfied including undertaking risk assessments and developing method statements and that CDM requirements are met.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a full UK Driver License
