More about your role
Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development? PfP Thrive, the training arm of our business, is looking for a Training Programme Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of housing professional qualifications and future commercial training programmes.
This is more than just an administrative role – you will be at the heart of our training operations, ensuring smooth delivery, compliance, and an excellent experience for learners and stakeholders alike.
By keeping our training programmes running smoothly, you'll directly contribute to the professional growth of our teams and support the delivery of essential housing qualifications. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your organisational expertise makes a real difference.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and administer our full range of training programmes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, awarding bodies, and qualification centres.
- Manage the booking process for courses, communicate with participants, and track attendance.
- Maintain and update our online learning platform, including user profiles, course uploads, and classroom records.
- Work closely with external training providers on service agreements, invoicing, certification, and delivery methods.
- Identify learning needs and opportunities, building strong relationships with operational teams to support professional development initiatives.
- Produce regular reports on training activity and support the launch of new programmes as needed.
The Essential Criteria for this role is listed below:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role within a training team or learning provider environment.
- Comfortable using training and booking software and similar IT systems (e.g. Dante, Monday, Turnitin), with confidence in manipulating data in Excel (including advanced formulas) and producing MI dashboards.
- Experienced in dealing with awarding bodies such as the CIH, City and Guilds and NET, so you have an understanding of registration and certification requirements

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused, able to work independently when required.
- Ideally, experience handling financial information and reporting within a training context.
The role is fixed term until November 2026, with the potential to become permanent based on business needs.
