More about your role 

You are accountable for defining, shaping, and delivering performance improvement and management information (MI) within Places Management. You create top-notch MI insights and tailored reports to help operational management and senior stakeholders assess efficiency and develop effective improvement actions. You contribute to the Business Improvement Strategy, collaborating with the Field Services and Transformation teams to align with trends, benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. You identify and address failure demand through improvement initiatives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. You build a high-performance culture by developing a performance management framework with valuable KPIs, benchmarked against the sector. You create a Continuous Improvement Plan to ensure value for money and lasting business improvements. You enhance data quality for accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you role model PfP People Promises, coaching and developing high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals.

 

More About you 

You have extensive experience leading and developing data-driven business improvements through transformation change, along with broad industry and peer organisation knowledge. You are commercially astute, having achieved significant business improvements, and possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, clearly articulating opportunities and value at stake. Your outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills enable effective interactions with people at all levels of the business. Ideally, you also have data analytics and visualisation skills (e.g., SQL, BigQuery), experience in the housing or field services sector, and expertise in process redesign.
