More about your role
The role is offered as a fixed term contract for approximately 24 months. During this time you will study for a CIPD Level 3 qualification. We will provide you first-hand experience of working within a busy HR department. During your contract with us you will work closely with Alex, our Head of HR.
As a People Support Apprenctice you will support the effective administration of the employee lifecycle processes ensuring employee starters, leavers and changes are actioned in a timely and accurate manner against agreed Service Level Agreements.
Through your excellent commitment to delivering a first class customer service you will ensure process guidance is provided to employees and line managers in line with existing policies and procedures and with consideration to current employment legislation. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries into the service, escalating issues and/or signposting individuals to the relevant parties as appropriate.

More about you
You will have previous experience working within a busy administrative environment where you have had to process a high volume of work. You should demonstrate experience of working in line to strict deadlines, whilst developing positive relationships with customers, together with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
It is critical that you understand the importance of key factors such as data protection compliance, confidentiality and that personal integrity is paramount in all that you do.
