More about your role  

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Partner (Mergers and Acquisitions) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assessing the workforce, compliance, employee benefits, talent management, cultural alignment, and risk factors of incumbent companies during the merger process. you will be at the forefront of shaping the future success of our organisation. Here's what the role entails: 

On a day to day you conduct comprehensive analysis of the incumbent companies' workforce as well an ensuring the incumbent company complies with all relevant employment laws, regulations and employment practices.  

You will work alongside the M&A Project Team and your role will be to complete full due diligence within the HR elements, evaluating employee benefits and compensation programmes to identify any discrepancies and will identify HR related risks and liabilities such as pending lawsuits, employment tribunals, employee disputes or non-compliance issues. You will be responsible for creating formal reports or presentations to communicate due diligence finding to senior stakeholders.

More about you  

We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Merger and Acquisition People Partner. If you have a proven track record and the following skills, we want to hear from you.  

You will have significant Merger and Acquisition experience and will be able to showcase your expertise in navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integrations that drive business success. 

You will have a proven track record of influencing business change and will take ownership, manage and deliver key business initiatives from end to end. A proven track record in employment relations and application of employment legislation, you will be able to leverage your expertise to navigate complex employment issues and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
